My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms had an incredible Manhattan skyline view, and the staff was very friendly. However, the room was a bit noisy with all the activities around. The hotel is situated in a prime location, across from Brooklyn Bowl and Brooklyn Brewery, which makes it easy to explore both Brooklyn and Manhattan. The room was not serviced until late afternoon on one of the days, which was a downside.
